Medical Massage Therapist

Divine Connections Massage & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term relief, recovery, and wellness outcomes. Requirements: • Active Florida Massage Therapy License • Medical massage certification preferred OR strong clinical/therapeutic massage experience • 3 to 5 years of massage therapy experience preferred • Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge • Experience with SOAP notes and treatment planning preferred • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Responsibilities: • Perform therapeutic and clinical massage sessions based on patient needs and goals • Conduct consultations and review intake forms • Complete SOAP notes and treatment documentation • Educate patients on treatment recommendations and ongoing care • Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and treatment room readiness • Support a positive and collaborative team environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of pain management and injury-focused treatment • Comfortable working with treatment plans and recurring care recommendations • Strong communication and patient education skills • Willingness to continue learning and growing clinically and professionally Compensation: Competitive pay structure with opportunity for growth based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performance.
