You will also be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy the most mouth-watering steaks and seafood with a keen eye for quality and dedication in each dish you and the kitchen staff prepare. BENEFITS: Salary Range: $75k-$80k DOE Bonus Up to $8k annually PTO Fully Paid Insurance RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising Kitchen Operations: Oversee day-to-day culinary operations in the kitchen, ensuring smooth food production, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating the kitchen staff. Menu Development and Culinary Creativity: Contribute to menu creation and recipe development to align with the steakhouse brand and standards, including introducing new dishes and refining existing ones. Training and Development: Train new kitchen staff, supervise their work, and ensure adherence to food preparation and safety protocols to maintain an efficient kitchen team. REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Kitchen Manager, or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant Excellent communication and organizational skills Adherence to sanitation and food safety protocols Open availability to work, including some nights and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
