Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale migration projects.
- Experience leading one or more Scrum teams through the complete product development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
- Ability to define product vision and create Working Backwards documents.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into platform requirements and user stories.
- Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities for internal and external customers.
- Experience creating and maintaining product documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using customer research, user feedback, metrics, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions.
- Ability to identify, manage, and remove project risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Experience monitoring feature delivery and adjusting priorities throughout implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, Domo, and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of large-scale migration initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of products and technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
- Define and deliver cloud-native platform capabilities at enterprise scale.
- Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams without direct authority.
- Ensure high-quality product documentation and engineering alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and launching technology products.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Rally.
- Experience with SaaS products and enterprise platform development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
