Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale migration projects.
• Experience leading one or more Scrum teams through the complete product development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Ability to define product vision and create Working Backwards documents.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into platform requirements and user stories.
• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities for internal and external customers.
• Experience creating and maintaining product documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using customer research, user feedback, metrics, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions.
• Ability to identify, manage, and remove project risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Experience monitoring feature delivery and adjusting priorities throughout implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, Domo, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale migration initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of products and technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
• Define and deliver cloud-native platform capabilities at enterprise scale.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams without direct authority.
• Ensure high-quality product documentation and engineering alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and launching technology products.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Rally.
• Experience with SaaS products and enterprise platform development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
