Corporate Attorney

Ginsberg Jacobs LLC seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our Corporate/Tax group in Chicago. Candidates will advise clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures and operating agreements. This role will also advise clients on tax strategy and draft tax opinions. Requirements 5+ years of experience advising clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures, operating agreements, and tax strategy (including preparing tax opinions) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing CPA license is desirable Ability to multi-task; adaptability Ginsberg Jacobs LLC provides business-oriented legal solutions to public and private entities in the areas of corporate, finance, litigation, real estate, cannabis law, tax and tax credits. Salary range starts at $210,000 per year.
