Marketing Specialist

Assist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with firmwide goals Contribute to segment- and industry-specific marketing strategies through research, insights, and recommendations Execute multi-channel campaigns and manage content development Partner with demand generation and digital teams to align campaigns with priority audiences and business goals Identify and refine target audiences, industries, and priority accounts Support development of ideal customer profiles through research and data analysis Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify trends across segments and industries Track KPIs, measure campaign success, and provide actionable insights Identify performance patterns and opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, or channel mix Research market trends, hot topics, and competitive landscapes Surface growth opportunities within industries, service lines, and client segments Support exploration of new markets, audiences, and campaign approaches Support the sales team with resources, tools, and content Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter professionals Translate frontline feedback into marketing insights and campaign improvements Organize conferences, trade shows, and events Contribute to marketing innovation, growth strategy, and process-improvement initiatives Requirements Foundational understanding of marketing principles and strong interest in developing strategic marketing capabilities Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical mindset and interest in using data to inform decisions Strong critical thinking and sound judgment Ability to proactively identify solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Continuous learning mindset Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field 2+ years of marketing experience; agency and/or B2B professional services experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Suite and similar tools Familiarity with marketing technology tools, CRM systems, and project management software Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Jasper, HubSpot, and SharePoint is a plus Industry experience in the public sector, healthcare, or financial services is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign data, and managing multi-channel campaigns.
