Our successful State Farm Agent office is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to become the face of our agency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.

Whether you have experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Front Office Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Office Administrator, or Client Services Representative , we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll create a positive first impression while supporting customers and our insurance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Assist customers with policy service requests and general insurance questions.
• Process payments and provide receipts when needed.
• Perform data entry, document scanning, filing, and record management.
• Maintain customer information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Support licensed insurance team members with administrative tasks.
• Keep the reception area and office organized and professional.
• Order office supplies and assist with daily office operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Skilled at multitasking and problem-solving.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer applications.
• Experienced in customer service, receptionist, administrative support, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or office administration (preferred but not required).
• A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
