The Laminator is responsible for performing composite layup and lamination processes according to manufacturing plans, engineering drawings, and Standard Work Instructions (SWI). Pay & Schedule Pay: $24.47 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Full-Time Opportunity Essential Responsibilities Lay up composite materials on mandrels according to manufacturing plans and work instructions. Wrap molds with composite materials in preparation for curing and production processes. Verify manufacturing documentation for accuracy and report discrepancies. Ensure the correct materials are selected and utilized according to production requirements. Confirm part identification tags and complete required documentation. Follow production schedules and established takt times. Communicate quality concerns, schedule issues, and discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhere to all company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Entry-level position; no prior manufacturing experience required. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn composite manufacturing and lamination processes. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all PPE and safety requirements. Work Environment This position is located within a structured aerospace manufacturing facility where safety, precision, and quality are top priorities.
