Develop and implement comprehensive paid and organic media strategies that align with our client's marketing goals and target audiences, aiming to boost the bottom line and enhance performance metrics (Conversions, CPA, ROAS, Profit). Your track record should be legendary, especially in lead generation with at least 5 years of media buying experience AND at least 3 years of experience in managing team members for paid or organic social media marketing. Content creation experience is a plus! The ideal candidate is analytical, pays close attention to detail, organized, has great communication skills and can manage every aspect of the marketing campaign (ads, landing pages, automation, copywriting, organic posts, etc) with the grace of a ninja. Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends. ♂️ Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
