Director of Insurance Management

Seeking a dynamic Director of Insurance Management, the full-time role will lead operational oversight and strategy for a segment of the Insurance Management Team, focusing on empowering patients with insurance knowledge and tools while managing a remote team. Key responsibilities Drive patient insurance retention and reduce rates of uninsured through strategic planning and operational improvements Identify and implement transformative changes to enhance insurance management processes and relationships Coach and develop team members while collaborating with field operations leaders to optimize patient support initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of five (5) years of related experience Experience implementing complex processes across multiple geographies Proven track record in strategic planning and executing large initiatives Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
