Territory Sales Manager - Aesthetic Medical Device | Charlotte, NC Pursuit is partnered with a global leader in aesthetic medical technology that is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for the Charlotte/Western Carolinas market This is a high-activity outside sales role built for competitive sales reps who want to break into medical device sales, sell into physician practices, and build a long-term career in aesthetics. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter - someone who is comfortable prospecting, cold calling, walking into offices, building relationships from scratch, and driving new business in a competitive territory. Territory: Charlotte, Asheville, Winston-Salem, Greenville, SC, and surrounding Western Carolinas markets Highlights $130K–$150K+ Year 1 OTE Uncapped commission Area Sales Manager OTE typically $200K-$225K+ Top performers earning $300K-$500K+ Full benefits, 401K, expense reimbursement, and stock options Opportunity to sell industry-leading aesthetic capital equipment What You’ll Be Responsible For Prospect, cold call, and drive new business with dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic practices Build the territory through consistent outbound activity and in-person visits Develop relationships with physicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers Build and manage a pipeline of capital equipment opportunities Leverage clinical specialists, internal resources, and reference sites to move opportunities forward Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel Requirements 1+ year of outside B2B sales experience Medical sales experience preferred but not required Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and self-generate pipeline Strong track record of quota attainment, rankings, awards, or measurable sales success Competitive, money-motivated, and highly coachable Polished professional presence with strong communication skills Comfortable selling face-to-face into physician practices and business owners Willing to travel frequently throughout the territory, including occasional overnights This is not a passive account management role.
