Will collaborate with program management teams, commercial teams, order management teams, finance teams and various technology partners to drive the successful execution of our "Save and Sustain Lives" mission, ensuring projects deliver maximum value to healthcare providers and patients. Your Team Project Operations Analyst play a critical role in the successful execution of projects by managing the day-to-day operational, logistical, and administrative functions that enable project teams to stay focused on delivery. Acting as the operational backbone, they collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive efficiently, maintain alignment, and support quality outcomes throughout the entire project lifecycle. What you'll be doing Project Planning & Coordination: Quality reviews of Post-PO project documents and support the creation of project schedules, task assignments, and resource planning to keep efforts aligned with timelines and scope. Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and organize essential project records such as meeting notes, status reports, change logs, and supporting documentation. Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate information sharing between team members, leadership, and stakeholders ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency throughout the project. Resource Management: Assist with tracking the allocation and usage of personnel, tools, and materials to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time.
