About Us Coach is building the AI coach for the physical world. Starting with in-person sales. For centuries, field organizations have relied on layers of management to relay information, coach teams, and understand performance. We believe AI will radically change how these companies operate and how people learn and improve at work. Today, understanding why a sales rep succeeds or struggles still requires being alongside them in the field. That doesn’t scale. Coach helps employees learn faster, improve, and close more. Managers get a clear view of what’s happening, where people need help, and why, so they can focus on solving problems. Our custom AI harness turns field conversations and business context into sales intelligence , grounding coaching in what actually happens on the ground. Over time, that accumulated knowledge becomes a company brain : a shared understanding of how the business works. What you’ll own You’ll shape how people experience Coach, from discovering what employees and managers need, to designing the product they use every day and the brand they first encounter. Our users are non-tech savy design needs to be integrated at the core of our products to bring new habits and transform the way they work. Design is a major challenge at Coach. We need to make learning as easy and natural as using an iPhone is. Discovery and product direction. Spend time with sales reps and managers, observe their work, and uncover needs beyond feature requests. Combine interviews, field observation, and product usage to identify opportunities and help the founders decide what to build next. Product design from exploration to delivery. Turn ambiguous problems into clear user journeys, prototypes, and polished web and mobile experiences. Test ideas with users, refine them, and work with engineers through implementation and iteration. How people interact with AI. Design how employees receive coaching and how managers explore sales intelligence. Make complex information understandable and help people move from an insight to a useful action. Our design system. Build and evolve the foundations, components, and interaction patterns shared across our products. Partner with engineering to keep the system consistent between design and code, and usable by both people and coding agents. Brand and visual identity. Work with the founders and marketers to shape Coach’s visual language and bring it to life across the product, website, and key marketing touchpoints. Establish a creative direction and reusable foundations that others can build on. Learning after launch. Stay involved once a feature ships. Review the implemented experience, observe how people use it, and use feedback and evidence to improve it. Who you’ll work with We're a small team in SF and Paris, growing fast. Our CTO has been building software and AI across many industries for the last 10 years. Our CEO and COO are repeat founders who built and ran in-person sales teams selling to pharmacies. We've lived the problem firsthand and built Coach to solve it. With just two employees (Customer Success + Engineering), we took Coach to $1.5M ARR in 8 months - and we're scaling aggressively from here. What you bring Strong product discovery and judgment. You uncover user needs, challenge assumptions, and turn research into clear product priorities. Experience shipping products. You’ve taken designs from exploration through implementation and iteration, with concrete examples of your impact. Excellent design craft. You create intuitive, polished web and mobile experiences with strong interaction and visual design. Close engineering collaboration. You use Figma as a shared backbone, build design systems, lead design reviews, and work with developers to ensure quality in the shipped product. Brand sensibility. You can shape a distinctive visual identity and collaborate with marketers to apply it consistently. An autonomous, AI-native approach. You use AI to explore, prototype, and execute faster, while bringing your own judgment and communicating decisions clearly. How we design and build You’ll help shape our design workflow, built around: Direct access to users. Conversations with sales reps and managers, field observation, and feedback on working prototypes. Building directly in the product. Use design tools, code, and AI agents to turn ideas into real interfaces and interactions from early experiments to features shipped alongside engineers. Close collaboration through delivery. Work with engineers on implementation and design reviews, and with marketers to connect the product experience and brand.
