Generate and follow up on both company and self‑generated leads. Present floor samples, explain product options, and close sales. Maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting. Use a tablet and mobile showroom van to conduct appointments. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless client experience. Qualifications 3-5+ years of in‑home flooring sales experience. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills. Computer literate with proficiency in sales tracking and reporting. Coachable and self‑motivated with a competitive nature. Ability to speak publicly with confidence. Desire to achieve a six‑figure income and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
