Program Assistant

Salary: $33,500 - $36,000 based upon experience

Are you a great communicator with an eye for detail? The Villages of Indiana is currently seeking new applicants for our Program Assistant position. The Program Assistant will:

1. Be responsible for coordinating program-specific support efforts for departmental communications and activities.
2. Maintain and secure records, correspondence, and forms with accurate formatting and grammar.
3. Track deadlines for report submissions, complete documentation required by programs, and maintain files in accordance with contract standards with minimal supervision.
4. Provide support for agency-wide compliance audits and needs.

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years of prior experience in customer service or office support.
