Labor And Delivery Nurse

Provide specialized nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit during night shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of mothers and newborns. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer appropriate nursing care to obstetric patients during night shifts.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals using EFM equipment.
• Respond to emergencies promptly, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
• Coordinate with physicians and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Oregon Nursing license.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting EFM.
• Have prior labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
