What You’ll Do Guest Interactions: Be the friendly face guests remember by checking them in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort. Financial Transactions: Manage guest billing, handle cash and credit card procedures with precision, and balance the books for the night. Night Audit Functions: Perform night audit tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of hotel operations. Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints with professionalism, offering alternative solutions when needed. Maintenance and Documentation: Report maintenance issues and guest accidents, keeping everything running smoothly and safely. We’re looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service with integrity.
