Creates exceptional value in the lives of customers by delivering legendary customer service & perfectly crafted high quality eyewear which exceeds our customers' expectations.Major duties & responsibilities include greeting all customers with a warm welcome, custom fitting glasses, acting as a leader in optical acumen, taking & recording measurements, attracting new customers, assisting co-workers, utilizing store tools, demonstrating superior product knowledge, anticipating problems, partnering with management, possessing the ability to multi-task, prioritizing & managing time, committing to delivery date & time, taking pride in store appearance, securing & protecting company assets, informing management of safety opportunities, demonstrating safe work practices, possessing a "can do" spirit & strong drive for results, adhering to company policies & procedures, selling on your feet 80%-100% of the time, and maintaining proper dress code.Basic qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent, ABO certification, optical dispensing experience, strong customer service skills, knowledge of current store merchandise, strong basic math skills, awareness of current fashion trends, selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPAD / tablet, and familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.Preferred qualifications include previous customer service & retail experience.
