Ensure a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure customer and client satisfactionAssist in finding and vetting subcontractorsAssign leads/projects to project managers and superintendentsEnsure reconstruction team follows proper work processReview and evaluate estimates created by project managersPerform tasks within the project management process to assist the reconstruction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.)Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with the reconstruction teamEnsure two-way communication with the mitigation divisionTrain and manage all reconstruction team membersConduct periodic performance reviews with individual reconstruction team membersEnsure employee compliance with all company policiesQualificationsPrevious construction management experienceExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to meet established production goals and maintain profitabilityEffective written and oral communicationHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment RequirementsExposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
