We are looking for someone with industry experience to fill our Maintenance Technician role at our property in Louisville, CO called North Main at Steel Ranch. North Main is 2228 Units (one, two and three bedrooms). We have amazing amenities that include a fitness center, Yoga Studio, Resident Social Space and year round pool and spa. As a Maintenance Technician with Confluence you would be responsible for the following: Appliances Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Pools Other building maintenance items You will also be responsible for compliance with OSHA regulations and any applicable laws in the area regarding health, safety or the environment. You will deal directly with our residents to analyze and resolve issues. Resolving issues must be completed in a timely manner. This position may require overtime, holiday and weekend work. This individual will be dealing regularly with our high end clients and must be presentable with excellent communication skills. Proper conduct is essential. Individual must be AC qualified and able to read wiring diagrams High Level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations (Pool maintenance, appliances, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Capable of performing sustained labor May require overtime, holiday, and weekend work Must be “on call” Requires ownership of hand tools Ability to work in inclement weather Great time management skills Drug and background checks are an employment requirement Company Description What sets Confluence Communities apart is our desire to create exceptional places to live, work, and play.
