Randall Offsite Construction (Pods) Specializes in the integration of completely prefabricated bathroom pods for hotel, dormitory, medical and multi‑family ground‑up construction projects. Position Summary Carpenters / MultiTrade Craftspeople to manufacture our bathroom pods from framing to finish fit‑out completion at our Apopka, FL headquarters and manufacturing facility. Experience Required 5+ years of experience in high‑end new construction or renovation interiors (carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, paint, plumbing, electrical, fixtures) Familiar with proper PPE use and basic OSHA rules Own transportation to and from work Ability to pass pre‑employment screening requirements GED or equivalent diploma Knowledge of blueprint and isometric drawing reading Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills Effective English or bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills Teamwork: ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and project success Safety: commitment to adhering to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others Physical Requirements This is primarily a field or jobsite position. Candidates must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds, stand on their feet for several hours, bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, and respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
