CA-Licensed Breast Radiologist - Onsite / Hybrid in San Bernardino - Full Time - No Call - $500K+

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist to lead the breast imaging program at two outpatient clinics outside of San Bernardino, CA. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining imaging standards while delivering essential care to a supportive community. This opportunity has location and schedule flexibility - from five days a week onsite (preferred) to two days a week onsite with remote days.

Clinical scope and responsibilities include:

• Procedure Focus: This role focuses on ultrasound-guided breast biopsy and preferred stereotactic biopsy.
• Mammography Interpretation: You will read screening and diagnostic mammograms studies.
• Clinical Leadership Opportunity: If interested, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows.

Position details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. (Modified schedule may be available)
• Compensation: $500,000+
• Location: Onsite (split across two locations in Highland, CA and Redlands, CA) or hybrid (up to two days remote possible)
• Call Expectations: None.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure.
• Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position.
• Target Start Date: ASAP.
• Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist.
• Breast Radiology fellowship training required.
• Prior breast biopsy procedure experience required.
• Active medical license in California.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program.
