Shipper Receiver - 1st Shift

Shipper/ReceiverREPAY is looking to hire a Shipper/Receiver to our growing team. The purpose of this job is to ensure the seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items. The Shipper/Receiver is also responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility.Facility Address: 30 Knox Drive, Piscataway, NJ 08854First Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm ETDuties & Responsibilities:Shipping and receivingMaintaining the facility, general up-keep of operations areaStock supplies and maintain inventoryMaintain truck, maintenance and repair, ensure all required documentation is in the truck.Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.Maintain filing of shipping documents.Prepare and schedule shipments as assigned.Create a daily shipment schedule.Schedule daily transportation needs with different carriers/couriers.Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required.Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Create purchase requisitions and obtain approval prior to placing supply orders.Sort and distribute incoming shipments.Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off.Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor.Follow current standards and procedures.Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete.Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries.Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations.Make deliveries with a company vehicle as assigned.Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.May be required to operate a Zamboni machinePerform other duties as assigned.Qualification Requirements:High School DiplomaValid driver's licenseAbility to drive the forklift, must obtain certificationAbility to drive a 5 tonne truckMust be able to work flexible hours and over time as requiredWhy Join REPAY… Because Culture Is EverythingGrowth & People-Centered LeadershipFun Work Environment & Great TeamsInnovation & EducationPutting Our People FirstREPAY's core values are Excellence, Passion, Innovation, Respect, and Integrity.REPAY is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we promote a company culture where diversity, equity and inclusion are central.
