Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Phillipsburg, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems and skilled PT treatment planning preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with geriatric patient population and restorative programs preferred.

Assignment Details Shift hours: 0800-1630. Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Meal break: 30 minutes. Guaranteed weekly hours: 35. Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
