Crew Lead

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay rate: $21.20/hour Job Summary: PMM Companies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Crew Lead to join our company. The lead is an individual who holds a leadership position within an organization and actively participates in the day-to-day tasks and operations of a team or department. The job description of a Crew Lead typically includes a combination of managerial responsibilities and hands-on work in the specific field or industry. Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members. Set performance expectations and goals for the team. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance. Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all areas of the facility. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins regularly. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, such as desks, countertops, and door handles. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floorscrubbers. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events or meetings. Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygienestandards. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds.
