Summary: This position is responsible for overall office management, general reception, and administrative coordination for the North Platte operation. The Office Administrator plays a critical role in payroll processing, accounts payable, employee onboarding, compliance, field operations, and seasonal workforce support.
Relationships: This position reports directly to the Farm Manager with work direction provided by Shared Services team members. The position works closely with members of the management team and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall reception and general office management including phones, mail, and shipping coordination.
- Manage timecards and payroll processes using UKG.
- Process accounts payable and invoices using NetSuite and Stampli.
- Maintain employee documentation and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate H2A program and seasonal workforce support.
- Track training, safety compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain crop, field, and operational recordkeeping.
- Support harvest operations and peak season workflows.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–5 years of office management experience in an agricultural setting.
- Previous experience supporting agricultural or field-based operations (e.g., crop production, seasonal workforce, or farm administration) preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
