Our pipeline is expanding rapidly across private fleets and specialized for-hire carriers including chemical, oil & gas, food & ag, and construction as legacy TMS incumbents fall behind. With BeyondTrucks, fleets go through a genuine operational and technological transformation, moving from spreadsheets, phone calls, and legacy TMS to an AI-native platform that changes how they operate and make decisions day to day. You'll be on the front lines of showing prospects what that transformation looks like for their fleet. If you are a passionate and deeply committed operator who wants to generate true outcomes by working with some of the world's leading AI experts in solving hard, unglamorous transportation problems that are critical to the function of our economy, country, and the world, this is the seat. We're hiring a Fleet Transformation Manager, reporting into our head of fleet success, to take direct ownership of a defined set of accounts end to end, from kickoff through hypercare and into steady-state relationship management, so our customers get dedicated attention as we scale. We're specifically looking for someone who has spent the bulk of their career running operations inside a fleet, whether that's dispatch, terminal operations, business, financial or ops leadership, and who is ready for a second-act career that's consultative rather than operational. You know what it's like to sit in the dispatcher's chair, deal with an angry driver at 5am, explain a service failure to a customer or communicate the importance of process transformation to an audience of board members or the C‑Suite. That lived experience is what makes you credible walking into a fleet as the person guiding their change management, not a vendor implementation checklist. What You'll Own Full lifecycle account ownership. You'll be Accountable, per our internal RACI, for the customer journey from Operational Deep Dive and Kickoff through Change Management Planning, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Post-90-Day Relationship Transition. Change management leadership. Own the Change Management Plan (future state, current state, gaps), lead internal and customer kickoff meetings, and keep schedule adherence and change orders on track in partnership with Project Delivery (PD) and Project Support (PS). Customer relationship health. Serve as the primary relationship owner post-implementation, including emotional and operational support at go-live, structured 30-60-90 day check-ins, and project post-mortems. Cross-functional coordination. Work daily alongside Sales, Sales Engineering, Project Delivery, and Support to keep implementations moving and customers informed, including leading on commercial escalations and customer satisfaction issues during implementation. Portfolio management. Take ownership of a subset of our existing account base (bulk liquid and dry bulk fleets) and grow into ownership of new logos as they close. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days You’ve acquired deep product knowledge, including where it can have a transformational impact on our customers. You’ve attended a number of sales calls and started to go deep on understanding fleet challenges, opportunities for process and decision improvements using the BeyondTrucks platform. You've taken full ownership of an assigned account portfolio with no drop in customer satisfaction during transition. You've taken at least one account from full kickoff into the first third of an implementation independently. You understand our RACI model well enough to flag ownership gaps before they become customer-facing problems. Who You Are 15-20+ years in fleet or logistics operations , in roles such as operations manager, terminal manager, dispatch manager, safety and compliance manager, or director of operations at a private or specialized fleet (bulk liquid, dry bulk, chemical, construction materials, or similar). A recognized operator, not a career vendor. Customers should look at your background and immediately trust that you've sat in their seat. You've managed drivers, dealt with DOT audits, handled a spill or a service failure, and know what "the schedule fell apart" actually feels like at 6am. Ready for a second-act career. You're looking for a role that uses everything you know about how fleets actually run, but in a more consultative, less physically demanding, and more varied capacity than another operations job would offer. Tech is new to you and that's fine. We're not looking for a software background. Comfortable owning outcomes, not just relationships. This role sits at the intersection of project management and account management. You'll be Accountable for milestones, not just present at meetings. Naturally structured. Decades of running operations means you already think in terms of current state, future state, and the gap between them, whether or not you've ever called it "change management." A calm presence under pressure. You've lived through worse than a rocky go-live. That steadiness is exactly what a customer needs when they're anxious about changing how their fleet runs. A credible, direct communicator , comfortable presenting to customer leadership, fielding a tough question from an ops director, and having the standing to push back when a customer's ask isn't the right move for their fleet. Experience specifically in bulk liquid, dry bulk, chemical, oil and gas, food and agriculture, or construction materials logistics is a strong plus.
