Executive Recruiter - Senior Associate

Position Overview We are seeking an Executive Recruiter – Senior Associate to support our East Coast practice. This individual will play a critical role in executing senior-level Finance & Accounting searches, partnering closely with the Partner and Managing Director on candidate identification, outreach, engagement, and overall search execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in executive search while gaining hands‑on experience working on high‑level retained searches for CFOs, VP Finance, FP&A, Controller, and other senior finance leadership roles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, polished in communication, and energized by interacting with senior‑level professionals and clients. Key Responsibilities Candidate Research & Recruiting Identify, source, and engage Finance & Accounting candidates at the senior and executive levels Conduct outreach to prospective candidates through phone, email, and LinkedIn Build and maintain pipelines of qualified executive talent across targeted industries and markets Conduct market mapping and company research to support active search assignments Candidate & Search Management Coordinate and manage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and workflow throughout the search process Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding process updates and next steps Track candidate activity and maintain accurate search documentation within internal systems Assist in managing the overall execution and pace of multiple concurrent searches Partner closely with the East Coast leadership team on search strategy and execution Support preparation of candidate profiles, search materials, and client deliverables Participate in internal search meetings and contribute market insights and candidate feedback Help deliver a high‑touch, consultative experience for both clients and candidates Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or related sourcing‑focused roles Experience sourcing and engaging candidates directly through outbound outreach methods (LinkedIn, email, cold‑calls, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a fast‑paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable interacting with senior and executive‑level professionals Compensation & Growth Performance‑based bonus opportunity Strong mentorship and training from senior leadership Clear opportunity for advancement into more senior recruiting and search execution roles This role is based in Fairfield County, CT, and candidates should be comfortable working in‑office 3‑4 days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr Conexus
