If you want to earn more than just a paycheck, please apply today!Job Summary:The Production Team Lead is responsible for a team of Warehouse Associates, whom do light packaging and assembly, at one of Opportunity Partner's production facilities. You will ensure our production line is set up correctly and tear down efficiently. You will manage multiple lines at one time, along with general warehouse duties.Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PMWage: $19.00 per hourHow will you make a difference?Supervise our current full-time and temporary labor force of 10 to 20 Warehouse AssociatesRecord and document production counts, attendance and goal progressTrain and coach our temporary and full-time labor force on new product linesSet up, stage, and tear-down assembly linesCount and track the raw materials and finished goods on a daily & weekly basisCollaborate with our Customer Service Team and our external clients on production schedule.Operate a forklift (we will provide forklift training and certification)Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished productsCreate & prepare shipping and receiving documentationWhat will you bring to Opportunity Partners?High school diploma or GED is required.Two to four years of manufacturing experience is requiredPrevious supervisory experience preferred.Opportunity Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming environment for people of diverse communities.
