Construction Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day operations on commercial construction and movement/relocation projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on leadership experience, excels at coordinating subcontractors and crews, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities on commercial and movement/relocation projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, onsite personnel, and vendors. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and client requirements. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient workflow. Prepare daily reports, track progress, and communicate project status to management. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction. Experience with project movement/relocation logistics is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
