Required Skills:

8 12+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P), with 4 6+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation experience.

Strong experience architecting end-to-end Coupa solutions across Procurement, Invoicing, Contract Management, Expense, and Supplier Information Management.

Proven experience delivering at least 3 5 full-cycle, end-to-end Coupa implementations in a lead or Solution Architect role.

Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Accounts Payable workflows.

Strong hands-on experience with Coupa integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, CSV/flat files, and middleware integrations.

Experience integrating Coupa with major ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle EBS.

Experience leading discovery workshops, solution blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, regression testing, and go-live activities.

Experience managing Coupa quarterly releases and platform upgrades.

Strong knowledge of Coupa platform governance, configuration best practices, data integrity, access controls, and segregation of duties.

Experience partnering with Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to optimize workflows and automate business processes.

Strong client-facing, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

Coupa certifications such as Coupa Certified Integration Architect or Certified Platform/Technical Architect preferred.
