LEM Trucking is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver in Greenville, SC for a position offering strong mileage pay, a weekly minimum pay guarantee, and mainly daytime deliveries. Drivers earn 68 to 70 CPM , average approximately $1,500 per week , and receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid on the first check .

This position is designed for experienced drivers who want consistent earnings along with equipment that is already set up for comfort on the road.

Freight and Schedule

Drivers are home every other weekend for a full 48-hour reset . The operation consists of approximately 90 percent drop-and-hook freight and 10 percent live load or unload, helping limit unnecessary time spent waiting at customer locations.

Most deliveries take place during daytime hours, creating a more consistent operating schedule from week to week.

Driver Pay and Benefits

Fully Equipped Trucks

Each CDL A Truck Driver operates a Freightliner Cascadia that is no more than three years old. Trucks include a refrigerator, TV setup with subscription and football package, SiriusXM capability, and other driver comfort features. Rider and pet policies are also available.

Additional earning opportunities may include safety bonuses, breakdown pay, and optional per diem. Company-paid truck washes are provided.

CDL A Driver Requirements

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 36 months .
