12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required if needed. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be willing to float to any Med-Surg unit as needed. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments. Maintain accurate patient documentation as per facility protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience. Telemetry experience required. Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly required. Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with profile). Active BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association. NIHSS certification. Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred.
