Maintenance Repair Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our talented team in St Petersburg, Florida . The successful candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate would have mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge and a preference with PLC troubleshooting. Shift 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday (4:00pm-2:30am) Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to support production equipment Lead Technical and Process Improvement Projects Analyze production data, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement. Create, maintain, and improve documentation related to equipment and manufacturing processes Provide design input on custom fabricated equipment and equipment parts Train Technicians and Machine Operators Qualifications Two (2) years or more Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cameras, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers, heaters, and burners) Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints What Will Put You Ahead Two (2) years or more Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cameras, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers, heaters, and burners) Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints Benefits Our benefits plan includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, and may also include infertility assistance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
