What You'll Do
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment
- Diagnose issues using the latest tools and apply independent judgment to solve complex problems
- Document services accurately, keeping repair records up to date
- Order parts from vendors with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every piece of equipment is ready to perform safely and effectively
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus)
- Strong background with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and diagnostic reports
- Ownership of the tools required to perform the job
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and MVR screening
