Role Overview The Occupational Therapist provides patient-centered occupational therapy in a facility setting, assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy to promote independence and physical restoration. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, create personalized treatment programs, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with healthcare team members, and refer patients to other professionals as needed. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, and a valid, unencumbered state license. Skills & Qualities Compassionate healer with the ability to address individual patient needs, adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of training patients and caregivers.
