Job Title: Hi-Lift Forklift Operator/ Shipping/Receiving

Location: Denton, TX 76207
Pay: $18.00-$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 Am-4:30 pm

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Heavy Hi-Lift Forklift Operator/ Shipping and Receiving to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Hi-Lift forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials.

• Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory.

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining high accuracy.

• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using AS400 or other MRP systems; inspect for damages or discrepancies.

• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.

• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments according to company standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Hi-Lifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.

• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, AS400, or MRP systems preferred.

• Must lift up to 75 lbs and more

• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes, order picking, and inventory control.

• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• E-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
