Software Developer Salary: $65,000-$80,000 Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k match, ESOP Retirement Plan, PTO, etc. Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid) Job Overview: The Software Developer will be joining a growing development team to help build, upgrade, and support internal and customer-facing business applications, websites and in-house ERP system. The ideal candidate has experience building applications with C#/.NET, SQL, utilizing APIs, and working within a collaborative development team to enhance internal websites and their ERP system. Responsibilities of the Software Developer: Building new features, updates & integrations for both websites and ERP system and maintaining current applications Develops programs or scripts according to specification and established coding standards and analyzes, reviews and tests for accuracy and optimal performance. Performs integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance. Constructs various software components and validates completeness and quality. Analyzes and resolves program/script or system failures. Performs software system maintenance and support. Preferred Experience of the Software Developer: Strong experience with C#/.NET, Visual Basic, JSON Experience developing and consuming APIs Experience with WinForms Understanding of layered architecture and modern software design principles Experience with Microsoft SQL Server , creating & modifying SQL queries Experience working and developing applications for ERP systems Exposure to Azure cloud services Experience using GitHub Good communication skills Interest leveraging AI tools such as Claude , Copilot, ChatGPT Bonus Experience of the Software Developer: Experience creating SQL Stored Procedures Experience with SSRS Reports Azure DevOps Mobile Development with Android Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric Experience using AI tools such as Claude
