Machine Operator
Step into a hands-on role setting up and operating flexible packaging converting equipment where accuracy and efficiency are key. You’ll ensure machines are dialed in, running smoothly, and producing high-quality results. Position – Machine Operator
Job Location – Waupun
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:30am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $19-$28 an hour.

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Prior experience with Flexographic Print Presses.
Responsibilities
- Setup, Operation of flexible packaging converting equipment
- Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
- Flexographic packaging converting experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
