Location: Intermountain Utah Valley Hospital

Shift Hours: PRN - as needed, 48 hours a month minimum requirement, 24 hours on call 

 

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide calm, compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or unwell.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence.
• Learn and apply insurance and healthcare registration processes through comprehensive training.
