About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Product Engineering to play a pivotal role in its transformation from legacy products to a modern, SaaS-based platform ecosystem. This newly created position is dedicated to product leadership and will work in close partnership with a parallel engineering leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy and execution across a mid-sized product organization, leading a cross-functional product leadership forum, and driving the maturation of the SaaS ecosystem strategy. The role also involves owning a cost center and P&L, partnering with executive leadership to evaluate business performance, and representing the business externally with customers and partners. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading product organizations of similar scale and complexity, with a strong preference for those with a technical or engineering background. A customer-driven product philosophy and direct experience in leading a transformation to a scalable SaaS platform model are essential. Experience in HealthTech, medical device product leadership, or operating in regulated and complex markets is a plus. The ideal candidate will be mission-driven, with a genuine motivation for the impact of the services on the professionals and communities they support, and will be prepared to take on a business-critical, high-priority role with no internal succession candidate identified.
