Job Description
The Warehouse General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations by efficiently handling material movement, performing painting tasks, and assisting with maintenance duties. Working primarily in a small team environment of 1-5 people, this position often requires moderate physical activity and the flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts regularly.
Responsibilities
- Move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Perform painting tasks as assigned to maintain warehouse facilities
- Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of equipment and workspace
- Collaborate with a small team to achieve operational goals
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols during all activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to perform moderate daily physical activity
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail in completing tasks accurately
