Scope of Project: ITS serves all DSS program areas to fulfill their IT needs. To meet the business needs and ITS' workload, ITS is seeking qualified candidates in the areas of Database design, architecture, and development, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of various systems that ITS supports across DSS program areas.

Tasks & Duties

• Develop and deploy application design specifications.
• Develop and design Web Services Applications Architecture in enterprise environments.
• Develop iOS applications in Objective C using native frameworks (such as UIKit, Foundation, CoreData, CoreGraphics, Security, QuickLook, MobileCoreServices etc.).
• Lead technical and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy mobile applications.

Required Skills A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and any JS framework (such as JQuery, Dojo, SenchaTouch, AngularJS, etc
• iOS Design Patterns, JSON RESTFul service, Data persistence on Mobile devices, iOS Appstore submission process
• iOS application build process, continuous build integration, program versioning tools such as Bitbucket and ReactNative.
• Deploying apps to Apple B2B store, enterprise using MDM like AirWatch, Mobile Iron, etc.
• Agile methodology on software development projects
