We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Cardiologist to become part of our expanding multispecialty team in Santa Rosa, California. Our group comprises experts in various fields, including Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery. The state-of-the-art Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital serves as a Level II Trauma Center and referral hub for Northern California. Position Highlights

• Full-time Cardiologist role
• Active outpatient practice with one week of hospital rounding on a 1:6 basis
• Cardiac imaging responsibilities include transthoracic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, and nuclear stress interpretation
• Experience with cardiac CTA is preferred
• Only 4 days of call required per month

• Shareholder track opportunity beginning in Year 3, with additional benefits and potential annual bonuses exceeding $1 million over a full career

• Annual compensation ranges from $515,125 to $565,125

The stated salary reflects the initial range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation forms relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
