We'll start you between $19.50–$23/hour — with bonuses and regular pay raises as you grow with us.

We are a triple-ledgered, 5-star, VA-approved home care agency with very little to no turnover — and there's a reason for that. We take care of our people the way we take care of our clients. Now we're looking to add the crème of the crop to our team.

What We're Looking For

This isn't a fill-the-gap job. We're hiring long-term team members who want to grow with us. The right person is dependable above all else, has genuine common sense, and knows how to hold a real conversation with the people they care for.

Requirements: CALL DIRECT.

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Memory care experience (dementia/Alzheimer 's)
• Comfortable with personal care — bathing/showering, incontinence care, and hygiene assistance
• Able to prepare meals and cook for clients
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive clients as needed
• Strong communication and conversational skills
• Reliability is non-negotiable — our clients and families count on us
