Now Hiring: Warehouse Reach Truck Operators (Cold Storage Facility)

Shift & Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Training required on 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift for the first 1–3 weeks

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse role with a variety of daily responsibilities, including:

• Order picking and selecting using tickets
• Building and labeling boxes accurately for shipment
• Packing, palletizing, wrapping, stacking, and sorting product
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
• Inspecting product for damage and ensuring quality standards
• Staging pallets and organizing shipments by order and location

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Reach truck experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and solid work history

Preferred (Not Required):

• Cold storage experience
• Forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack experience
• Food & beverage warehouse experience

Work Environment

• Cold storage warehouse environment
• PPE and training provided to ensure safety and success

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburndale, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
