Orthopedic Inpatient RN / Clinical Nurse - Full-Time

Orthopedic Inpatient RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to orthopedic inpatients
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support recovery
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition or complications
• Support pre- and post-operative care, including pain management and mobility assistance
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to patient education and discharge planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and patient experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license or compact state eligibility
• BLS certification required; orthopedic or med-surg certification a plus
• Clinical nursing experience, preferably in orthopedic or med-surg inpatient care
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
