LOCATION: Overland Park, KS

What You Will Do: 

• Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions, this could be any position in the office and site unit counts vary by property.
• Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items.
• Schedule make ready needs, coordinate vendor needs, etc.
• Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
• Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner. 
• Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins. 

What You Will Bring: 

• Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE
• 2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction.
• Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred.
• Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.

• This position is full-time, exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturdays as needed.
