Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper - CPA Firm

Our well-established CPA firm client has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper with at least three years of experience handling clients bookkeeping and helping with tax preparation.

Duties:

• Bookkeeping for 20 or more clients using QuickBooks
• Processing client payroll and filing payroll taxes
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing and filing client sales & use taxes
• Prepare client 1040, 1065 and 1120 tax returns for review by CPA

Requirements:

• Must have at least three years of experience working for a CPA/Accounting firm
• Must have QuickBooks experience
