Join Our Team of Family or Internal Medicine Physicians

We are currently looking for board-certified or board-eligible family or internal medicine physicians to become part of our established outpatient group practices in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Position Overview

• Outpatient Focus: This role is entirely outpatient, featuring a flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance, including 32 hours dedicated to patient care and one administrative day each week.
• Collaborative Environment: Work within a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere, benefiting from the expertise of seasoned physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialty care teams throughout the organization.
• Supportive Clinical Setting: Experience a highly supportive clinical environment with dedicated nurses, medical assistants, schedulers, and an onsite practice manager, enabling you to concentrate on providing exceptional patient care.
• Shared Call Rotation: Participate in a shared call rotation, with home call only.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize a fully integrated Epic EMR system, enhanced by DAX Copilot AI technology, to streamline documentation and boost efficiency.
