Therapy PTA Profession Job Title: Therapy PTA Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent Home Health experience Description: Home visits are required. Periodic office meetings are included. Reliable transportation is necessary. Current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance are mandatory. Average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Each type of visit and activity holds a different point value. Weekly productivity expectations are 30 points. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow Ups. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS Standard rate. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are accepted. Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is required. Documenting visits must be completed within 24 hours. Declining patients may result in a cancel. All documentation impacting billing or follow-up patient care must be accurate. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. The clinician must hit weekly productivity points of 30. If there are not enough patients, there is an opportunity to float to another clinic to pick up patients.
